The key responsibilities include but not limited to:

1. Drives consensus meetings with country Sales operation/Marketing /Finance to achieve consensus forecast and maintains forecast in system.
2. Monitor timely delivery and back orders. Expedite shipments and resolve exceptions
3. Analyze and optimize inventory, manage inventory at healthy level, mitigate scrap risk.
4. Utilize sales and operations planning (S&OP) process to better support business requirement and growth while achieving supply chain metrics (LIFR, Back order to sales, forecast accuracy, inventory)
5. Monitor and manage proper maintenance of master data in planning system. Support system upgrade program.
6. In conjunction with regional supply chain analysis team and WW source in terms of supply planning, ensure sufficient supply to support business.

1. Positive attitude and constant passion; teamwork spirit; good communication with other functions.
2. Strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
3. Logical thinking and analytical skill
4. Knowledge of SAP system; familiar with Excel
5. Good command of written & oral English
