Job Description
As the Marketing leader for the Regional Digital Stores in GCR, you will also be responsible for developing deep business and customer insights, local customer acquisition and retention strategies, and driving growth of the business; all; to help define and execute the marketing plans to drive revenue growth, improve customer experience, optimize conversion, maximize customer lifetime value and Store Net Promotor Scores.

Responsibilities:
• Accountable for driving revenue and customer growth for Regional Digital Stores in GCR, strengthening store unique value proposition and brand experience, and increasing share of Microsoft direct and owned digital storefronts (Official Store, Tmall Flagship Store and Business Store) through the execution of the marketing plan including key beat campaigns (e.g. Double 11, Back to School, CNY), marketing programs, product roadmap and launch readiness.
• Develop strong partnership and collaboration with Corp and local stakeholders from CDS Category leads, CMO and PMGs to identify new opportunities and drive growth of Microsoft products together, including development of growth and marketing investment plan, alignment of Go-To-Market direction and execution plan and leading the team (as well as agencies) to drive impact and meet the performance targets.
• Manage marketing team and agencies to i) set core marketing priorities and focuses, ii) translate data and customer analysis into actionable insights or testing strategies with hypothesis, iii) create an environment of “surprise and delight” moments and experience that emotionally connect with our customers and drive engagement and iv) continue optimizing marketing programs performance and ROI by ensuring effective marketing spending, cost efficiency improvement, media and creative optimization (i.e. improving targeting, demand generation, creatives, messages and offers) and automation and optimization through technology & tools investment.
• Identify pilot programs to test and learn new opportunities to improve customer purchase conversion and drive new model of business growth; develop center of excellence, share learnings and best practices with Corp and leadership team to leverage new model of marketing practices to other regions and feedbacks for future Engineering roadmap and requirements.
• Partner with demand generation and IMT teams to ensure paid media tactics (SEM, re-targeting display and affiliates marketing) are driving high-quality traffic and meeting performance targets, as well as continue testing new tactics or ad formats to drive continue conversion, ROAS and revenue improvement. Continue to leverage internal resources to drive O&O traffic and other marketing co-operations to drive high-quality traffic as part of the customer acquisition strategies.
• Develop our customer voice through field and global understanding, communicate create feedback loop to share customer insights to key stakeholders, cross-functional teams and Store leadership team, recommend optimization investments across product marketing, customer’s journey and customer lifecycle.

Qualifications
• Thought leadership and results leading marketing and/or sales for consumer and small business products and services
• 15+ working experience and a deep understanding of Digital, Ecommerce and CRM marketing (Tmall marketing, programmatic, DSP/DMP, media planning & optimization, SEO, SEM, Re-targeting/Re-marketing, affiliates marketing, CRM and database marketing, conversion optimization, etc) with the ability to translate business needs into marketing program and campaign execution to drive sales and customer growth.
• Track record of exceptional partnering across a wide-array of internal business groups and stakeholders for internal alignment, and managing team, agencies to execute the marketing plan to meet the performance target
• Deep familiarity with customer data analytics and consumer insights; high degree of comfort with data and statistical analysis and experimentation design
• An entrepreneurial spirit that is passionate about building businesses within a fast-paced environment, while changing the way customers perceive our brand and our products
• A character that exemplifies Microsoft values including integrity, honesty, openness, personal excellence, constructive self-criticism, continual self-improvement, and mutual respect
• MBA preferred, but not required.
• Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills
