岗位职责:

- General contracts, third party agreements, vendor supplier relationships.
- Management of external counsel and general litigation.
- Employment law, contracts, claims.
- Trademarks, patents, Intellectual property, trade secrets.
- Provide advice on legal issues involving the organization’s government and regulatory compliance, and maintain corporate registrations.
- Review legal data and advise organization on appropriate legal action to be taken.
- Prepare and review contracts, advertisements and press releases.
- Coordinate legal matters with corporate parent/shareholders and leverage their functional legal expertise as needed.

任职资格:

- A minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a department head is required.
- Requires a law degree with admission to a relevant bar.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, critical projects is required.
- Ability to respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies, customers and business community.
- Experience in trade secrets, advertising law, registration and other matters specific to the fashion industry.
