Job duties:

1. Follow Client Requirement and make Offers (Inquiry level and Orders)

2. Communication with merchandisers and sourcing team to establish the best offers for the inquiry

3. Sample management for customer

4. Follow up with clients for orders / LCs / Payments etc.

5. Follow up with suppliers for the pending orders and new enquiries.

6. Supervising the team for buying and order follow up.

7. Coordination with QC department.

8. Coordination with Design department

9. Coordination with shipping department

10. Sending out weekly/monthly reports to management and team head

11. Troubleshooting whenever required across all categories in BG India/Middle East orders

Requirements:

· Diploma in related disciplines

· 5 years relevant experience in sales service supervision with knowledge in kitchenware or household ware

· Prior experience in buying office/trading office is preferred

· Experience in EEC market environment is preferable

· Good command of oral and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is preferred

· Good communication skill

· Self driven and detail-oriented

· Familiar with MS Office applications

· Immediate available is an advantage
