Job Duties:

1. Update Catman enquiry/sample/project tracker and report to GM/Catman leader timely/weekly.

2. Collect meeting documents, organize meeting, make meeting minutes and follow up meeting recap with Catman/Big Boss.

3. Coordinate the communication with Catman/Sales/Showroom keeper &designer.

4. Print/Scan/translate documents or do some interpretation when needed.

5. Accomplish other tasks appointed.

6. Communicate between GM/Catman Leader and Catman in reports or other work instruction for Catman to follow.

7 Coordinate Catman to accomplish showroom display tasks.

8. Co-ordinate a showroom tracker, review with showroom keeper weekly and report the latest status to GM when required.

9. Track the showroom sample retrieval for those taken out.

10. Control the tracker and follow up the exiting and new adding items/sample replacement.

11. Control/integrate showroom price list.

Job requirements:

1. Be fluent in spoken and written English.

2.Must have a good knowledge of MS-Word / MS-Excel.

3.Good learning and communication skill.

4.Equipped with good team spirit, responsible, well organize and can deal with high-pressure working style.
