Major Responsibilities-List down the major tasks:

-Handling daily MRP issues, release plan orders to suppliers in time and correctly, follow up and control the delivery time and qty, deal with any problems may occurred and keep relevant people informed

处理日常MRP操作，准确及时将订单发至供应商，协调跟踪订单交货情况，监控供应商发货时间及数量，及时处理相关异常情况并反馈给相关人员

-Responsible for material planning, coordinate, push and track especially missing materials and ensure non-interruption in production and also control available stock，following ECN/release change ,avoid E&O

负责物料计划，尤其跟踪协调缺失物料，确保生产所需并有效控制库存，跟踪变更预防呆滞料

-Follow up the imported and exported orders, and coordinate with delivery issues in efficient air/sea shipments

跟踪进出口订单情况，协调安排空海运发货事宜

-Check the estimate delivery time of signed order, future big project, and coordinate with the relevant colleague or customer

对于已签订单或潜在大项目核查预计交货期，并与相关人员/客户协调

-Make, maintain and follow up monthly forecast planning and stock orders, adjust and update safety stock, lot size for purchasing and production items

每月制定及维护批量产品的计划及预测，及时更新安全库存及采购/生产批量

-Do analysis of monthly backlog, coordinate to realize monthly delivery target, and deadline control for some special situations

分析月未发货订单情况，协调完成月发货指标

-Evaluate, educate and manage supplier to optimize supplier delivery performance

评价，培训，管理供应商，降低供应商交付绩效

-Plan and review ERP parameter and update.

定期检查和更新ERP计划参数

-React if problem relevant with material.

与材料相关的应急响应.

直属上级交给的其他临时任务Other temporary task arranged by direct supervisor

Key Competencies:

˙具有高度的责任心及良好的沟通协调能力，能承担较大的工作压力Be with high responsibility and good teamwork player, can work under great pressure

˙良好的计算机操作能力，熟悉ERP系统 Good PC skill，be familiar with ERP system

˙了解TS16949及ISO 14001质量管理体系 Familiar with TS 16949 and ISO14001

˙英语听说读写熟练 Excellent English in listening、speaking、reading and writing
