Responsibility:
1.Creates and manages marketing promotion strategies for each business fields.
2.Cross-region and cross-function communication to ensure quality and timely execution of marketing launch activities.
3.Partner with local product mgrs and BF head to plan, design and implement all marketing communications including print ads, brochures, trade shows, e-mail campaigns, web paid search, etc
4.Liaison with corporate DSMS and CI team to develop China E-commerce platform for distributors and key accounts.
5.Sets up, monitors and manages appropriate measurement tools to effectively analyze all web marketing metrics.
6.Acts as SFDC Carebear in China, develops local enhancements to support local business practice.

Requirements/Qualification
1.Master or above degree in Biochemistry, Biology or related disciplines.
2.Excellent Chinese and English written communication skills. Editorial experience is a plus.
3.Proven knowledge of industry tools preferred, such as SalesForce, Google Ads, Omniture, SEM/SEO and online analytics packages.
4.Experience with e-business platform construction and application.
5.Minimum 3 years experience in Marcom or branding management.
6.Minimum 3 years of management experience with at least three direct reports.
7.Effective multi-tasker and resourceful team leader with good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
8.Independent and possesses high energy to work under pressure.
