岗位职责:

1、Translate intelligence inputs into medical service strategy proposals and action plans to tap on new and growth opportunities
2、Lead and own the medical service lifecycle management process – from business case set up, service definition and design, development, registration and introduction, GTM strategy, and service enhancement
3、Work closely with medical team to co-create the optimal service quality and patient experience
4、Define pricing strategies for success
5、Drive forecast and determine profitability of medical services
6、Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legislations, regulations and policies in healthcare and related fields
7、Explore on partnership with charity organizations, pharmaceutical companies, financial institutions, etc. regarding collaboration projects
8、Partner closely with market intelligence, brand management and clinical teams to define medical service strategies, plan of initiatives, and budgets
9、Drive the execution of annual marketing plans of medical services, track performance and report on effectiveness of marketing initiatives using pre-determined KPIs, make recommendations for improvement
10、Collection of patient complaints and feedbacks and translation to improvement action plans

广州泰和肿瘤医院（GCCC）坐落于广州市黄埔区中新广州知识城，是一家按照国内三级肿瘤专科医院标准、以及国际***医疗机构标准来建设的癌症防治中心。医院致力于打造医疗技术高地和医学人文高地，以国际诊疗规范为肿瘤患者提供包括质子治疗在内的放疗、化疗、手术的多学科诊疗服务。医院建成之后将有400余张病床，医护人员800余人，建设目标是在广州创立一个具备临床诊疗、癌症预防、医学研究、专科培训、远程会诊的 “五位一体” 的国际化癌症中心，造福广大肿瘤患者。
GCCC于2010年获批入围《广东省现代产业500强项目》，设置肿瘤内科、肿瘤外科、放疗中心（含质子治疗系统等）等临床科室。2021年5月获得医疗执业许可证，2021年6月全面投入运营；总投资超过30亿元人民币。
