Performs mechanical testing on a variety of product types or components involving programming and
running test lab equipment while following written procedures, methods, and/or instructions
？ Conducts tests, maintains records of work performed, verify data, summarizes and reports results
？ Works within established laboratory procedures and practices with a moderate degree of supervision
？ Develops, and/or assists, in building lab test fixtures
？ Assists in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of lab test equipment
？ Assists in ensuring the availability of adequate supplies and equipment
？ Provides support in Quality Audits, Customer Complaints, and Failure Analysis
？ Must operate in a manner that reinforces, supports, and is consistent with the Cooper Standard
Leadership Model
？ Ensures 6S, housekeeping and health and safety standards are maintained
？ May, on occasion, be required to perform duties other than those specified in this description

任职要求

1.High school diploma or equivalent required
？ 2.Two Year College Degree or applicable Technical Training and Certification is preferred
？ 3.Two to four years of relevant work experience
？ 4.Strong mechanical aptitude, as well as technical and analytical problem solving skills
？ 5.Skills or working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
？ 6.Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with others in a team environment.
？ 7.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
？8. Good verbal and written communication skills
？ 9.Strong organizational skills
？ Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis
？ Willingness and ability to travel, as necessary
