1、负责执行公司的电商运营计划，实现目标达成；

2、负责公司电商平台的运营、维护和日常管理，制定运营策略、方案并组织实施；

3、负责整合相关资源，制定电商平台品牌推广计划及推广活动实施；

4、监控并分析行业动态和竞争对手市场行为并针对性的进行市场分析及制定策略；

5、建立健全部门内考核、奖惩制度，并对部门任务目标完成情况负责；

6、完成上级临时交办的工作。

岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历，电子商务、市场营销专业；

2、电商运营3年以上经验，有淘宝/天猫/京东等大型平台运营经验至少2年以上；

3、为人正直，热爱电商行业，有带领团队突破业绩的能力、成熟稳重、有创造力、工作效率高、工作态度积极；

4、具有敏锐的市场意识、应变能力、领导能力、沟通能力和独立开拓市场的能力；

5、熟悉电商运营各种渠道运营模式并有创新思维，并有团队协作精神；

6、对于品牌运营推广有实操经验，并有成功案例。
