职位描述：

1. 健康状况良好，大专及以上学历，建筑、土木、工民建等类相关专业；
2. 有扎实的土建现场专业理论知识和项目管理经验，对项目的策划、统筹和实施控制有一定经验；
3. 工作积极主动，责任心强，良好的沟通协调能力，能熟练使用office办公软件；
4. 根据项目需要完成技术交底、安装、调试、现场问题的指导等技术支持工作；
5. 在施工过程中，对未按图纸设计及规范施工的现象，及时下发整改通知单并督促施工方及时整改；
6. 工作地点：广州市本市项目；
7. 会英文的人员优先考虑；

8、工作经验4~7年之间。
