工作职责:

1.负责销售团队的日常管理，以身作则带领团队达成销售目标，激励团队成员发展  

2.建立学生信息数据库 

3.建立与客户之间的良好关系，确保学生的满意并且达到学习目标。 

4.发掘潜在客户，跟进续费和学员转介绍 

5.完成上级交办的其他工作任务。

要求:

1.专科或以上的教育背景 

2.沟通能力强，性格外向 

3.有丰富的销售及客户服务经验 

4.具有管理销售团队经验(至少一年) 

5.自信，有责任感，工作热情
