Job Description Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the coordination of project progress and following the tasks assigned to him/her by the Executives. He/She will be responsible in coordinating schedules, minimum book-keeping, records keeping, project assignments, communications between China and USA offices. He/She will be making travel arrangements for Company staffs and assisting the USA team during their travels to China. He/She will be reporting daily to the Executives when they are in USA of project status and Company affairs.
