职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责在线接待客户， 接受客户咨询，向客户介绍公司产品（无销售任务） ；
2、负责收集客户信息，了解并分析客户需求，规划客户服务方案 ；
3、建立客户档案
任职资格：
1、较强的亲和力、应变能力和文字及语言沟通能力 ；
2、强烈的客户服务意识
待遇：底薪＋全勤奖+业绩提成（上不封顶）＋年终奖＋丰厚业绩奖金+餐补
能适应轮班轮休制度，两班倒，每天工作7小时，不加班，月休6天！有国家法定节假日假期照常休息！
