职位描述：
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
主要职责：
1、Prospect and develop new business for factories, hotels, schools etc.
挖掘及开发诸如工厂、酒店、学校等领域的新客户

2、Contact directly the potential customer (sales call…).
直接与潜在客户联系（电话销售…）

3、Participate in the choice of development axis and commercial strategy.
参与企业发展及商业战略的甄选

4、Establish and maintain excellent relationship with potential customers through introducing and presenting the company's services and solutions in F&B services, facilities management and cleaning and maintenance.
通过介绍及展示公司在餐饮、设施管理、清洁及设备维修维护方面的卓越服务及解决方案建立及维护潜在客户的卓越关系

5、Visit customers to collect and analyze field information of customer expectations on service needed.
定期拜访客户，收集及分析客户在服务需求方面的期望

6、Set up meeting with potential customer.
约见潜在客户

Key Skills and Experience:
技能及经验要求：
1、Above 5 years sales and key account development experience.
至少5年以上销售或大客户开发经验

2、Ability to negotiate with clients and creating proposals independently.
能独立与客户谈判和沟通并撰写计划书；

3、Highly pioneering spirit, excellent capability in interpersonal and social activities.
高度的开拓精神，优秀的人际交往和社会活动能力；

4、Excellent planning and organizing skills, good at execution.
优秀的策划组织及执行能力；

5、Good command of English both written and oral Open-minded,.
良好的英语听说读写能力。
