Key Job Responsibilities

• Set media objective, analyze market/consumer dynamics, and formulate media strategy

• Construct media plan with recommendation on media channels, budget allocation and scheduling strategy

• Explore new media forms and innovative media ideas

• Brief buying team to ensure an effective implementation of the approved media plan

• Co-ordinate with SBUs in PHD, clients and creative agencies in day-to-day account handling and media servicing

• Provide clients with constant updated on competitive activity, media market development and relevant research insight

LIKELY profile (but not fixed)

· 5-6 years media planning experience with 4A agencies, good understanding of the work flow of advertising and preferably experience in other forms of communication channel – PR, CRM, BTL, etc

· Experience in handling big global clients and strong in multi-screen planning skill. Experience in digital acquisition media would be an advantage.

· Good communication and presentation skills. Able to convince and influence other effectively

· Able to prioritize jobs & communicate these priorities to the team and motivate all members

· Proficiency in Mandarin, English both in conversation & writing

· Computer knowledge, especially PPT in English is a must
