-Bachelor degree in chemical engineering andtechnology, material or polymer related. Minimum 2 years workingexperience.

-Familiar with production process, good quality sensewith basic knowledge of quality, IE experience, lean manufacturing and sixsigma project experience background will be a priority.

-Have basic knowledge of polymer, coating and(or)extrusion process. Familiar withprinting will be a priority.

-Willing to learn new skills andtechnology, quick analytical thinking and strong organizational skills.

-Responsible, self-motivated, good communicationskills and team work spirit.

-Good command of spoken and written English will be aplus.
