1、新店规划：广东省内新店拓展布局规划与开店时间的计划；

2、新店拓展：酒店/公寓/商业项目的考察、接洽与条件谈判，可行性分析；

3、新店开业筹备：新店设计、进场、开业相关工作的内部与外部沟通协调，组织新店分析会议；

4、把控开业率及各时间节点，确认接场与开业时间；

5、协调督促工程、商品、门店、品牌等部门各自负责新店筹备相关工作进度与结果，确保新店按计划开业。

岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历，22-35岁，形象气质佳，能适应出差，会开车； 

2、有强烈的事业心，责任感和勇于开拓的精神，处事积极、主动、思路清晰；

3、精通市场开发，公共关系，房产中介经理，有较强的沟通、谈判能力；

4、接受公司出差等工作安排；

5、薪资待遇：丰厚底薪+高提成+年资福利。
