PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

1.Fully in charge of daily business operation and safety management, make and implement department work plan and be responsible for department KPI

  

2.全面负责部门日常业务运作及安全管理工作，制定部门的工作计划并实施，对部门管理KPI结果负责。

  

Take responsibilities for department staff management, vehicle deployment and maintenance, certificates releasing etc. Take actions to deal with problems instantly and make sure an efficient and safe transportation service operation.

  

3.负责部门人员管理、车辆调配维护及保养、证件办理等工作，发现问题及时进行整改，确保运输服务高效安全运营。

  

Establish department transportation management system together with customer service and operation process. Perfect transportation business management mode and push the business progress to meet customer’s demand.

  

4.建立部门运输管理体系、客户服务及运作流程，完善运输业务管理模式，推动各项业务实施，满足客户需求。

  

Responsible for department budget and audit, monitor vehicle operation expenditure, optimize cost structure and strictly control department’s daily operation cost

  

5.负责部门相关费用预算及审核，监控车辆运营各类支出，优化成本结构，严格控制部门日常运营成本。

  

Ensure department management job in comply with company safety standard, excellently finish safety check and training, call on regular safety meeting to refresh escort driver’s safety awareness and complete company safety management target.

  

6.确保部门各项管理工作符合公司安全标准，做好各项安全检查及培训，定期召开安全例会，培养司机押运人员安全意识，完成公司的安全管理目标。

  

Monitor the management data for department’s daily operation, deal with customer complain and accidents timely and improve transportation operation quality and efficiency continuously.

  

7.监控部门日常运营各项管理数据，及时处理解决各类客户投诉及异常，不断提升运输运营质量与效率。

  

Take responsibilities for department performance evaluation and training to enhance skills with a good communication skill among the team to improve team cohesion.

  

8.负责部门团队的绩效考核与辅导，组织相关培训，提升技能，保持与团队成员良好的沟通，提高团队凝聚力。

  

Good communication and cooperation skill towards internal and external customers.

  

9.与内外部客户保持良好的沟通与协作。

  

Finish the other tasks designated by the top management.

  

10.完成上级临时安排其他工作任务。

  

  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  

  

1.College degree or higher with experience of 2 years in logistics and safety management at foreign company.

  

大专以上学历，二年以上相关外资企业物流配送及安全管理经验。

  

2.Familiar with national transportation rules on dangerous goods as well as the transportation routes in south of China.

  

熟悉国家危险品运输管理法规及华南区的运输路线。

  

3.Brilliant team communication and coordination skill with good customer service awareness and can bear the great work pressure.

  

优秀的团队沟通协调能力、客户服务意识，能承受较大的工作压力。

  

4.Good at listening, reading and writing in English and prefer the experienced in car repair and maintenance.

  

良好的英文听读写能力，有汽车维修及保养经验优先。
