1. Daily AP accounting operation management including process/check and review vendors’ invoices, employees’ reimbursements, verify the supporting documents to compliance with internal policy carefully;

2. Monitor and coordinate AP closing schedules to make sure group reporting deadline are met;

3. Monthly bank reconciliation;

4. Support Banking/Treasury activities;

5. Support external and internal audits;

6. Engage in continuous improvement of processes to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency of AP functions

7. Participate in reviewing internal controls and enforce policies to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines

8. Participate and support ad-hoc projects/other accounting duties as required
