Now it’s a 6 months contractor and will be transfer to FTE if good performance.

JD:

1. Complete customs declaration in a reasonable time frame, to ensure all material can meet with production plan, as well as finished goods can be delivered timely as SO required.

2. Certificates applying such as Dual-use license, certificate of origin, coating certificate and so on.

3. Monitor the operation of forwarder and custom broker, to ensure proper execution of the contract.

4. Maintain close business relationship with forwarders and custom brokers.

5. Check and monitor accurate AP to logistic providers.

6. Custom Handbook’s operation and verification.

7. Assist supervisor to design logistics route for new logistics project

8. Coordinate and communicate with customs/CIQ/forwarders/brokers on shipment arrangement and issue solution.

Requirement:

1. College degree in international trade, logistic or related areas.

2. At least 1 yearworking experience in international trading or logistic.

3. Familiar with import/export handling procedure and related document operations.

4. Good communication skills and a team player.

5. Fluency in English.

Additional:

1. Knowledge and experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems/software, especially SAP.

2. Experience in handling DG import, export and logistic.
