职位描述

  1. Handle general office administrative work such as sorting delivery note and data entry, office supplies and upkeep of office equipments include fax and photocopier.
  2. Coordinating any office moves and any in-house sitting changes.
  3. Data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning and faxing of HR/Admin correspondences.
  4. Attendance and administer leave records for Shanghai and key management of JVCs.
  5. Hotel booking, flight booking & Travel arrangements for staff and visitors and other ad-hoc bookings.
  6. Handle and track VISA applications for incoming guests.
  7. Prepare meeting room prior to meetings.
  8. Ensure timely processing of office, and utilities, parking, telephone, mobile, blackberry, courier, landscaping etc bills and invoices.
  9. Monitor and replenish stationery and pantry supplies (water, beverages etc.).
  10. Office keys administration.
  11. Office & bund center building access cards administration.
  12. Update group telephone directory.
  13. Routine checks for unblocked fire exits.
  14. Perform general administrative duties and provide admin support to our group of companies.
  15. To undertake additional duties and responsibilities as and when required.、
