职位描述
- Handle general office administrative work such as sorting delivery note and data entry, office supplies and upkeep of office equipments include fax and photocopier.
- Coordinating any office moves and any in-house sitting changes.
- Data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning and faxing of HR/Admin correspondences.
- Attendance and administer leave records for Shanghai and key management of JVCs.
- Hotel booking, flight booking & Travel arrangements for staff and visitors and other ad-hoc bookings.
- Handle and track VISA applications for incoming guests.
- Prepare meeting room prior to meetings.
- Ensure timely processing of office, and utilities, parking, telephone, mobile, blackberry, courier, landscaping etc bills and invoices.
- Monitor and replenish stationery and pantry supplies (water, beverages etc.).
- Office keys administration.
- Office & bund center building access cards administration.
- Update group telephone directory.
- Routine checks for unblocked fire exits.
- Perform general administrative duties and provide admin support to our group of companies.
- To undertake additional duties and responsibilities as and when required.、
