【岗位职责】

1、做好教师队伍管理工作，包含但不限于课程选师、教师排课、课程监督、教师回访等；

2、与授课教师保持有效沟通，常态维系优秀教师，准确、及时地传达、了解教师意见；

3、协助教务主管做好与各校区教师的课程沟通安排工作，完成领导安排的其他任务；

4、协助教学部、公司职能部门的对接工作。

【岗位要求】

1、大学本科及以上学历，有1年以上学校教学或教务工作经验者优先考虑。

2、熟悉教务教学工作的内容，了解教学服务流程。

3、为人正直、责任心强，工作积极主动，愿意服从安排，具备良好的职业素养，具备良好客户服务意识。
