Job Overview:

This position is under PHD Unilever Digital Measurement& Analytics team. As M&A manager, you(candidate) will work with the most sophisticated clients in the world and be involved with the most advanced digital solutions, innovations. You will be expected to agilely capture the fast-moving digital ecosystem in China, also be expected to manage the digital measurement and analytics in all digital media channels, including OTV, content, social, search, e-commerce and display etc.

Key Job Responsibility:

• Leverage PHD M&A team automation tools to centralize and maintain all E-Commerce data into database. Support EC team on ad-hoc data analysis

• Hands-on processing and deep-dive e-commerce platform data to deliver analytic insight and actionable suggestions

• Prepare executive summary to client management team with clarity and concrete convincing insights

• Develop strong relationships across organizations, to embed use of customer insight into decision making.

• Integrated analytical capacity of multiple digital pillars, including Video, Display, Content, Search, Social, and Ecommerce

• For non-EC campaigns, come up with tagging strategies according to media requirements and measurement goal

• Investigate new technology and bring it into use quickly

• Support line managers on building E-commerce PHD thought leadership

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Intelligence, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field.

• 4-6 years working experience in analysis or related. Good report writing and storytelling skills, good data interpretation skills.

• Quick learner, self-motivated and agile

• Excellent skills on excel and PPT.

• EC analytic and operation experience is preferred
