Key Job Responsibilities

• Guide clients and internal teams on how to best deploy digital marketing technologies to satisfy clients’ unique measurement needs;

• Involved in M&A scope of work communication and negotiation with planning team

• Focal point of internal and external client facing for effective communication

• Work closely with planning team to proactively manage the marketing campaign goal, strategy and measurement plan

• Define and implement the tagging strategy according to media requirements and measurement goal subsequently

• Monitor and have oversight of the marketing campaign execution to ensure consistency to the defined goal and strategy

• Timely feedback on the data request from planning and other teams as required

• Provide business insights with data driven fashion, such as data processing, weekly report /compensation report and post buy report and on demand and as requested.

LIKELY profile (but not fixed)

• Minimum 1 years Paid Search related experience

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Creative and inquisitive mind

• Interest in digital media, with experience in Paid Social desirable

• Team training and leadership skills

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

• Strong understanding of media research tools – you know their strengths/weaknesses, and when and how to effectively use them

• Keen attention to detail and an analytical approach to achieving objectives

• Experience of running paid campaigns

• Proactive in developing knowledge of digital industry

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
