Key Job Responsibilities

• Develops campaign components including keywords, copy, landing page selection, account structure etc.

• Manages budgets towards performance goals and proactively proposes solutions to improve ROI

• Responsible for day to day trafficking, test execution, optimization and troubleshooting

• Prepares routine and ad-hoc reports in response to client and internal manager questions and requests

• Executes competitive monitoring and analysis

• Participates in cross-functional initiatives to better understand client’s service offerings

• Interfaces with leads to share ideas, communicate service offerings, and to identify and deliver new solutions for clients

• Formulate Paid Search strategy for client businesses and ensure that recommendations and decisions are consistent with client’s objectives and strategies

• Present innovative, business building Paid Search recommendations within the digital realm

LIKELY profile (but not fixed)

• Account and team management experience

• 2~3 years of SEM experience

• Extensive usage and knowledge of SEM platforms e.g. Baidu, 360, Google Search Ads 360 (DoubleClick) , etc.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office with a strong focus on Excel (vlook ups, pivot tables, IF functions)

• Self-starter, capable of setting goals and reporting progress against them

• Attention to detail in a multi-tasking, fast-paced business environment

• A team player

• Fluent English
