Job Summary
Assists the Executive Chef and be accountable for overall success of the daily kitchen operations. Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while assisting to lead the kitchen staff and manage all food related functions while maintaining the operating budget. Supervises all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produced.
Requirements
Good track record as an Executive Sous Chef with at least 5 years culinary working experience
