Key Job Responsibilities

  

• Building high-quality campaigns across search platforms

• Optimisation and performance improvement of paid campaigns

• Tracking metrics using a wide range of tools is essential

• Innovative and creative campaign optimizations and campaign management to consistently improve campaign performance

• Daily, weekly and monthly running of campaigns as appropriate for the client.

• Working with the other members of the team on various brainstorming and problem-solving initiatives.

• Contributing to the development of creative cross-channel campaigns

• Keeping pace with industry trends and developments

                

  

LIKELY profile (but not fixed)

  

• Minimum 1 years Paid Search related experience

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Creative and inquisitive mind

• Interest in digital media, with experience in Paid Social desirable

• Team training and leadership skills

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

• Strong understanding of media research tools – you know their strengths/weaknesses, and when and how to effectively use them

• Keen attention to detail and an analytical approach to achieving objectives

• Experience of running paid campaigns

• Proactive in developing knowledge of digital industry

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
