1、监督课程顾问的销售流程及结果，确保课程顾问的咨询过程符合咨询规范流程

2、负责向校长及中心主任提供常规运营管理以及数据分析报告

3、负责团队销售组技巧培训以及分享会的组织

4、不断激励团队，建立起积极的团队氛围,协助校长实施执行各项新规定

5、积极参与校区相关的大型市场活动中，活动前期参与企划，中期参与活动，后期分析活动有效性，

并将有效的数据分析结果报呈校长

6、具体分解、实施和完成每月工作的目标和任务，带领团队完成预期的新签业绩指标
