1）根据公司下达的任务，制定并完成校区月、季度、年销售计划；

2）指导教务、销售主管、客服主管开展好教学、销售、跟踪服务等工作；

3）根据中心招生情况和公司下达任务，做部门岗位人员需求预测及申请；

4）制定部门员工短、中、长期在岗培训计划，并负责监督落实执行；

6）依据市场变化，在中心附近配合市场部开展有效市场活动，推动销售工作。

7）具体分解、实施和完成工作的目标和任务，带领团队完成预期的校区业绩指标
