Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for the purchase of special store fitting out materials and fixed assets.
- Work with other relevant departments, purchase and make preparations of goods and materials for new stores.
- Sourcing, assess and manage the suppliers, improve the purchasing quality and control the purchasing cost effectively.
- Follow up the delivery time of the store fitting out materials, the fixed assets and the goods and materials for new stores, responsible for quality and cost control.
- Responsible for the development and management of the engineering team.
- Set up the purchasing management system, standardize the purchasing work.
- Improve the operation process, set up the quantifiable, verifiable and scientific purchasing process.
- Responsible for the daily management of the department.
Qualifications
- Have passion for life, care about the environment.
- Bachelor's degree or above,+6 years of store fitting out materials and fixed assets purchasing experience, minimum 3 years of purchasing management experience.
- Familiar with various fitting out materials, a better understanding of the fitting out materials market.
- Rich experience in order management, logistics management, supplier development and management, sound knowledge of ERP system.
- Integrity, responsible, have strong professional ethics.
- Strong skills of communication and negotiation, strong sense of cost.
- Strong ability of organization, coordination and team management.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Willing to travel occasionally.
