Department: PSS
Organization: EPM China
? POSITION OBJECTIVE
Provides technical proposal. Assist in the engineering and selling of products. Provides application/ technical assistance to domestic/international sales force. Assists in training and providing technical information to the field service and salespeople as required.
? MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Providing tech assistance to the field salesperson.
2.Coordinate and participate in customer sales presentations.
3.Define and coordinate customer product modifications.
4.Organizing and participating in project proposals.
5.Establishing pricing.
6.Organizing and participating in product promotion and application
7.Responsible for providing technical or application related assistance to sales people and service organization.
8.Travels to customer sites to evaluate and rectify customer problems
9.Is responsible for providing customer feedback to manufacturing and engineering, solving the customers problem, and notifying the field of the problem if applicable.
10.Complete other job assigned by supervisor/manager.
? EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
Bachlor degree and major in Instrument or Automation
At least 3 years experience as a proposal engineer, sales support engineer or application engineer or service engineer in Process Control Industry
Familiar with Microsoft office Software, such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Experience in DCS and SIS Safety system.
Fluent in English
Experience with Multi-National EPC/DI will be a plus.
Strong written and communication skills in technical environment.
