- Monitor and support the whole process of project;

- Assist the arrangement of projects and executing tests;

- Coordinate with all related parties including external and internal teams to ensure a smooth, timely and professional project executive and delivery;

- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and customers'complaints;

- Develop an effective and efficient project management system.

Requirement

- Degree holder in Electronic or Electrical Engineering or related discipline;

- 3-5 years customer service experience in testing & certification industry with solid coaching and mentoring experience in Large Domestic appliances (IEC/EN 60335-2-4/ IEC/EN 60335-2-7, IEC/EN 60335-2-24, IEC/EN 60335-2-89);

- Strong customer-oriented mindset;

- Detail-oriented with strong sense of quality;

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with proficient in English and Chinese.
