1. Shipping document preparation, shipment data create and maintenance by SAP system.

2. Provide on time shipping activities information to Customer Service Coordinator, Sales and customers promptly.

3. Check daily freight cost and assist control it at reasonable level.

4. Follow up abnormal delivery case and coordinate with related dept. to find out root cause and set up contingency action.

5. Monitor forwarders’ daily performance and report to management in order to improve service level.

6. Assist Supervisor to prepare delivery-related reports regularly for internal and external use.

Required Skills:

1. Good common of English reading & writing skill.

2. Basic knowledge in export & domestic delivery.

3. Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills

4. Working Attitude (Can-do/Optimistic/etc.) & team work.

5. PC skill (Excel / word / PPT)

   Preferred

1. SAP knowledge.

2. IATA knowledge

   Required Experience:

1. Bachelor degree

2. 2 years in working experience in similar position or shipping company.
