Key Responsibilities:

1. Create appealing box art or graphic design for products.

2. Provide packaging options. Develop, engineer and test packaging components and modify as necessary to meet customer requirements, functional, manufacturing and sales parameters, cost targets.

3. Hold discussions during packaging team meetings; communicate technical issues and details to the project team and management.

4. Assist in formalizing, standardizing and documenting all existing packaging specifications.

5. Work closely with existing Suppliers, plus develop new Suppliers in conjunction with Procurement. Maintain contact with Suppliers on a regular basis

6. Driving forward strategically relevant innovations, including materials improvements, processes to aid cost savings and improve efficiency

7. Engage in organizational effectiveness programs such as Packaging screening, Portable Electronic Presentation can training and guiding team.

8. Controlling production and quality standards

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

1. Engineering degree or equivalent dedicated packaging qualification

2. Good understanding of the business environment and supply chain.

3. Effectively present status/proposals to influence partners or share with higher management (Director-level).

4. Independently deliver results, draw conclusions and write technical reports with minimal guidance from manager.

5. Experience of program/project management. PMP certificate would be prefer

6. Demonstrable project management skills are essential, together with the ability to operate in a complex, multi-national environment

7. Fluent in English

8. Good at Photoshop and other related design software
