岗位描述：

1．使用Sketch Up和AutoCAD建模软件，在项目设计师或高级设计专业人员的指导下，准备和修改架构文档，确保与设计意图和公司标准一致。

2．协助开发解决技术和设计问题的解决方案。

3．协助将可持续的设计方案整合到项目中。

4．为项目团队评审准备2D和3D的设计材料。

5．执行产品研究 ；协助项目设计师和项目建筑师进行材料选择和系统研究。

6．在施工管理阶段协助团队。

7．培养对卓越和团队合作的承诺。

岗位要求：

1．熟练使用Sketch Up 和 AutoCAD。

2．熟练使用Photoshop和Illustrator。

3．熟练使用办公软件，包括Word和Powerpoint。

4．良好的口头和书面表达能力。

5．良好的团队合作和协作能力。

6．有较强的执行力。

7．有专业的英语口语和写作能力者优先。

所需的经验：

1．建筑或相关专业本科学位。

2. 0～4年的经验

We are seeking a motivated Architectural Intern to work collaboratively in a team environment, performing design and technical production of documents in AutoCAD and Sketch Up through all phases of architecture. This role includes coordinating with the project team, with professionals in different fields, and with multiple departments within the firm. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with and to assist world-class international architects.

Project Types

Projects built by the firm include: resorts, hotels, restaurants, apartments, condominiums, villas, office buildings, and hot spring parks.

Responsibilities

1. Utilizing SketchUp and AutoCAD modeling software to prepare and modify architectural documents at the direction of the project designer or more senior design professionals, ensuring alignment with design intent and firm standards.

2. Assist in developing solutions to technical and design problems.

3. Assist in integrating sustainable design solutions into projects.

4. Prepares 2D and 3D design materials for project team review.

5. Perform product research; assist project designers and project architects with material selection and system research.

6. May assist team in the construction administration phase.

7. Fosters a commitment to design excellence and teamwork.

Required Skills

1. Proficiency in Sketch Up and AutoCAD is a must.

2. Proficiency with Photoshop and Illustrator.

3. Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Powerpoint.

4. Good verbal and written communication skills.

5. Good teamwork and collaboration skills.

6. Ability to effectively meet deadlines.

7. Professional English speaking and writing skills preferred.

Required Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent

2. 0 to 4 years’ experience
