职位要求：

1、3年以上塑胶模具制造和维修经验，能独立完成整套模具制作和修改；

2、熟悉各种模具材料特性、精通塑胶模具结构；

3、熟练操作车床、铣床、磨床和EDM火花机，懂氩弧焊和线切割工艺；

4、熟练模具制造工艺和注塑工艺，较强的分析判断能力；

5、良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力，积极主动；

6、能对产品的材料选择给出建议；

7、对产品的生产过程提出指导。

 

职位描述：

1、按图加工新开发模具；

2、按要求修改模具；

3、解决模具生产过程中的各种问题；

4、机床日常维护和保养；

5、领导交办的其他工作。
