Principal Specialist – Quality Control review in project team/质量保证

Responsibilities:

1. QC will be assigned to project from beginning to perform QC review and help project team prevent potential quality risk and remediate quality issue in time.
2. Objective of QC review is to make sure the use of procedure designed in project team to achieve and maintain a specified quality criteria
3. QC will joint with SEPG to provide training or consultant like process, standard automation tools, developing security standard and etc before project start.
4. QC will review project activity based on project defined process during project execution: review quality of project deliverables (e.g. requirement’s traceability, release audit), use SonarQube performing code analysis and generate report for project team’s remediation, review quality KPI figure’s data input accuracy, raise Technology comments to selected area based on QC’s knowledge domain like test, project management and etc.
5. QC need endorse all the quality related elements in the exit criteria of each project phase before project enters next phase.
6. QC need endorse all quality related metrics figures in the regular progress report before it is issue to project’s stakeholders.
7. QC review finding will be reported to project’s function head (FH) periodically. QC will arrange regular meeting with FH and QAG leaders together to review QC work. QC need follow up the findings’ remediation status to be closure.

Requirements:

1. University degree or above
2. 3-5 years of application development, testing management or Project management experience, 3~5 years and above of software development lifecycle process improvement and Quality Assurance experience.
3. Be fluent in English (writing, reading and speaking).
4. Familiar with CMMI/SDLC; Has firm and clear principle on project quality control
5. With CISA / CSQA certification is preferable.
6. Good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills and strong interpersonal capabilities to manage stakeholders.
7. Good self-study capability on automation tools and has passion to understand new methodology & technology
