职位描述
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Daily phone picking up and visitor reception
2. Employee business card arrangement
3. Update office directory monthly
4. Office consumable and stationery purchasing and managing
5. Office housekeeping and plants management
6. Fix assets audit, maintenance and record
7. Office facility maintenance excluding telephone system (fax machine, printer, copy machine, infocus)
8. Update Bulletin Board or other company culture posters
9. Collabrate with other dept. for meetings and sessions
10. Visitors accomodation and transportation arrangement
11. Express and courier supplier management
12. Other distributed admin jobs if requested
13. Office renovation and decoration project coordinator
14. GZ and SZ offices Health and Safety coordinator and supervision
Requirements:
? College graduate or equivalent
? About 1-2 years' office administration experience in MNC is a must
? Efficient, self-motivated, enthusiastic, work well under pressure
? Excellent communication & coordination skills
? Good command of English
