岗位职责：

1、与上海总部保持密切联系，了解上海总部市场品牌建立方式，全面开展广州校区的市场推广工作；

2、制定企业产品和企业品牌推广方案，并监督执行；

3、收集各种市场信息，并根据市场信息培养和建立相关的渠道关系；

4、运用线上线下平台及社交网络来提升用户活跃度；

5、招募、培训、激励、考核下属员工，以完成下达的任务指标。
