岗位职责：
1、根据公司的营销策略、制定网络投放的渠道（信息流/SEM/dsp等）和实施方案，并进行具体执行，对推广效果进行监控和优化；
2、负责信息流、百度竞价的投放管理；
3、制定其他网络媒体（知乎、论坛、贴吧、QQ群等）营销推广方式，确定并执行可行性方案策略。
4、跟踪月/周/日运营指标，监控和分析投放的效果数据，围绕数据持续分析和调整投放，提高投资回报率。

任职要求
1、两年以上网络推广工作经历，有教育行业经验者优先；
2、精通信息流投放，熟悉SEM竞价优化；
3、思维严谨，条理清晰，逻辑性强，优秀的沟通、协作能力，
4、具备较强的逻辑和数据分析能力， 熟练运用Excel等各类办公软件。
