礼宾业务： 1. 在商场移动岗位，热情与来往顾客问好，进行商场楼层分布介绍与指引； 2. 手持 IPAD 和宣传单页，根据顾客需求推荐产品和店铺，引导客人找到相应产品或店铺； 3. 推荐和带领顾客参加商场艺术游览活动。

会籍业务： 1. 在商场服务台，为顾客办理金卡，以及积分办理、积分兑换和活动办理； 2. 准确发放礼品礼券并定期盘点； 3. 积极主动向顾客介绍，且交叉销售商场主推产品、店铺、市场活动、艺术展等，并推荐顾客 进店了解产品更多信息； 4. 收集顾客意见及建议； 5. 根据展架类别不同补充最新活动单页及手册。

会所业务： 1. 接待黑卡及金卡客人，提供饮料及相关增值服务； 2. 接待会员卡客人（限办公楼租户）； 3. 完成会所各区域的预定接洽及相关流程； 4. 收集顾客对活动的意见和建议； 5. 交叉销售（向顾客推荐主推产品，推荐顾客参与艺游及询问顾客进店意向）； 6. 维护设施设备和场地； 7. 处理内部采购等事项； 8. 盘点固定资产及损耗类物品。
