Job Description

Support i4.0 Sales team (int./ext.) in workshop with VSM/VSD, flow oriented layout and support the design of flexible smart manufacturing production model, linked with digital, individual products and services. Enhance the DCCN organization towards lean management knowledge (BPS) with cross functional team work skills. ？Support plants/Plant management in creation and realization of plant concept. Lead Lean management workshop with Project team int. and on customer side. Train the DCCN organization in BPS Systematic approach and process improvement (direct and indirect areas).

Qualifications

Communication skills: Able to coordinate and lead workshops (internal/external). Experience in handling complex discussions in target oriented manner, cooperate with other Divisions’ and Cultures.

Tools and methods: More than 3 year experience in Lean management, experience in using BPS/CIP tools like (VSDiA, Kanban, VSM/VSD, Lean Line Design, Q-Basics, SCMo).

Industry 4.0: Able to analyze current processes and reflect the potentials for Integration of new information technology and intelligent manufacturing with Industry 4.0 solutions.

Willing to learn in high motivated teams (industry-university-research cooperation) and therefore open for new challenges and innovations. ？
