 1. Order fulfillment  

• Process sales orders efficiently and drive OTP result.

• Facilitate and coordinate with Commercial team to understand business trend and customer needs, to figure out the efficient solution.

• Facilitate and coordinate with Operations team on proactive business support at reasonable cost.

• Maintain good relationship with those customers being handled and contacted directly by YP plant.

• Maintain and review master data in system.

2. Demand analysis & planning  

• Be accountable for FG safety stock and production lot size setting considering the business growth and competitive business environment.

• Facilitate and coordinate with Commercial & Planning team on daily abnormal forecast review.

• Maintain new win forecast and abnormal forecast and facilitate the result.

3. Facilitate and coordinate with each department on procedure improvement.

4. Customer complaint & special case handling  

• Immediately notification to whole team Operations with sufficient information.

• Facilitate and coordinate with Commercial and Operations on timely response.

• Keep support & coordination between relative departments on problem shooting

5. Projects  

• Provide solid support to projects

• Execute & complete tasks assigned by direct supervisor or manager 

Required Skills:   

1. Strong customer-oriented sense, proactive and positive;

2. Good interpersonal and communications skills;

3. Good English in speaking, reading and writing;

4. Good PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.

   Preferred         

1. SAP system knowledge

2. Customer service experience

3. Chemical or FMCG industry background
