RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a portfolio of clients, taking global responsibility and / or regional accountability for delivering the Global Transaction Services platform.
-Primary global or regional point of contact and accountability for GTS sales origination and related activities to the clients in partnership with the Global Corporate Banking (GCB) PAMs
-Global or Regional responsibility to grow the GTS revenue including retention and new origination to achieve GTS total portfolio revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
-Ensure consistent, professional delivery of all client management disciplines including: account planning, call reporting, lead generation, pipeline management, implementation acceleration, plus GTS relationship reviews
-Drive overall client satisfaction with the GTS platform and build customer loyalty-achieve trusted advisor status
-Cultivate client contacts in the key buying centres that allocate and influence the client's GTS-related wallet in order to:
-Conduct wallet assessment, develop new business and cross-sell opportunities
-Determine client objectives & financial needs that can be addressed through the GTS platform and Identify opportunities for new deals across GTS product set and geographies including multi-product requirements.
-Analyze client business model/matching needs with product offerings and strategize with product partners
-Conduct competitive analysis and positioning with your client
-Establish yourself with the client so you are the client's first call for new GTS opportunities.
-Create a robust client account plan to meet Client and Citigroup objectives
-Respond to customer escalation for operational/customer service issues
.Co-ordinate multi-product and/or cross-regional solutions
.Oversee the sales process from idea generation to mandate and revenue realization
.Put together working group and drive the deal process
.Champion complex deals or multi-product opportunities through the deal review process (Product Sales is responsible for overall proposal creation and deal review)
.Co-ordinate cross-product pricing
.Co-ordinate complex or cross-geography issues
KEY REQUIREMENTS
-University Degree at minimum
-5-8 years' related working experience
-Post-graduate qualifications is an advantage
-Fluent Mandarin required
-Strong English required
-Experience in working with SOEs or Chinese entities useful
-Travel required
