Job Descriptions: 

Project Manager / Business Solution Manager

- Project Delivery to meet Project P&L with customer satisfaction

- Work as consultants in the beginning for all projects and to train up trainee / junior colleagues

- Consulting team building 

- Junior / trainee train up at lower the cost of consultants to meet revenue target and profit target

- Manufacturing projects as well as to build new industry opportunities and solutions. Examples are but not limited to Retails, Garment/Fashion Sourcing & Manufacturing, International School, Services industry

- Maintain the team stability and quality of team members

- Product including both AX, NAV and other solutions around ERP. Examples are but not limited to WMS, MES, PowerBI, PowerApp, Sharepoint, Mobile apps, POS …etc.

- Lead the opportunity generation and presales to get win deals. Need to meet Win deal revenue targets

- Meeting monthly and annual KPIs such as Services revenue target, Total revenue target (Services + Licence), Services Profit target 

- Business owners eventually when the team is built up

- No restriction of regions. Will also need to help BJ and GZ office or any new office setup

- Reinforce PMO standards for all projects

- Maximum leverage of consultant resources at company level instead of individual team level
