Responsibilities:

Provide management and service for defined Wintel/Network - Compliance and Security services (End Point Security, Sophos, Patching, Software/Firmware currency, Encryption, IDS/IPS)
Manage third party vendors in the installation, configuration, delivery, maintenance and monitoring of Wintel/Network - Compliance and Security components and services, in accordance with defined roadmaps, strategies, policies and standards
Deliver Wintel/Network - Compliance and Security service requests and requirements through collaboration with vendors where applicable
Monitor and report on performance, capability, availability and alarm for Wintel/Network - Compliance and Security services in Asia
Technical support for the resolution of Wintel/Network - Compliance and Security issues and emergencies
Document Wintel/Network - Compliance and Security problems and resolutions for future reference
Perform corrective procedures for prevention of loss or system recovery of Wintel/Network - Compliance and Security services
Formulate and articulate Regional and Global Policies into supportable and actionable technologies standards and processes.
Take the lead in WinTel/Network SoX and Security compliance issues and audits
Technical lead in WinTel/Network space for Change Management from compliance and security perspective
Provide Leadership and Support of DRP services for WinTel/Network


Requirements:

Experience in working collaboratively across region organization and IT Vendors.
Extensive experience (5+ years hands on exposure) in maintaining and supporting Microsoft and WinTel Security services and seeking opportunities to improve operations and organizational security standards.
Extensive knowledge of Information Security challenges and methods to overcome
Extensive knowledge of IT services across multiple tiers and experience with working with colleagues and other strategic providers to provide a seamless IT service across the following disciplines:
Experience of delivering and managing infrastructure service requests and small to medium projects
Experience in Mentoring and leading Team Members in Project situations
Ideally, current certifications in one or more of the below areas is required:MS MCSE,CISCO CCNP & Industry Security Certification (CWSA, CISSP, CISM, CWSP)
Technical knowledge and experience in multiple aspects of Wintel/Network - Compliance and Security services, familiar with Sophos, Symantec, MS Patching management, Encryption, IDS/IPS
Technical credibility and independent judgment and decision-making experience on Wintel/Network - Compliance and Security matters
Good problem-solving and analytical skills, able to determine the impact of issues quickly
Excellent communication and coordination skills, good English writing and speaking
Effective planning and prioritization skills
Sound decision-making skills under pressure
Ability to work across multiple BU's around Asia region
