Main Job Responsibility:
- Fulfill open positions (new hire / replacement / out of plan / intern) in North China
- Talent mapping on direct competitor / key targets inside industry
- Cold call to candidates
- Recruitment channel maintenance
- Recruitment related data maintenance and report
- Campus recruitment
- Others assignments from team leader or department head

Qualifications:
- 1-5 years recruitment experiences, ideally in real estate industry. Head hunter background is preferred;
- Bachelor degree in a related field
- Fluent Mandarin and English skills
- Good communication skills to various levels of staff
- Remain calm under pressure
- Ability to influence and persuade
