What are we looking for？

Key duties will include:

1. Responsible to handle, monitor and manage all Move, Add and Change (MAC) projects including inspections and quality management of service delivery.

2. Monitoring vendors performance on MAC works.

3. Undertaking of tendering procedures for MAC works.

4. Ensure compliance with all clients’ polices and procedures.

5. Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations.

6. Ensure client satisfaction by providing seamless interface into client’s representative.

7. Ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit standards.

8. Manage end user expectations and requirement.

Sound like you？ What are we looking for？

1. University degree, preferably in project management or electrical and mechanical engineering.

2. 3 to 5 years practical experience in Project Management particularly in commercial office fit-out works.

3. Management experience with strong interpersonal, decision-making and people skills.

4. Good leadership and management skill.

5. Good communication skills in written and verbal English.
