Responsibilities

1) Design the product of sanitary ware; create the Pro/E 3D model and 2D drawing;

2) Release / manage drawings and design data with Teamcenter with compliant to the related policy / process;

3) Work with DUS engineer (where needed) to develop the product specification, Design requirements;

4) Develop design verification and product validation design where needed;

5) Work with identified supplier for product spec / expectation communication and problem solving;

6) Work with DUS engineer (where needed) to do the product validation and approval per product approval process to make sure the design requirements are met and the product complies with the applicable industry standards;

7) Participate in supplier development and improvement with joint effort of Supply Chain and Quality group.


Requirements

1) Major in Engineering education background or equivalent is required.

2) Minimum 5 years working experience with minimum 3-year solid working experience in sanitary ware product design and development;

3) Knowledge and experience on sanitary ware product manufacturing processes;

4) Good communication skill in Chinese and English (spoken & written);

5) Very good skill of using Pro/Engineering in product design;

6) Result oriented;

7) Required traveling as needed;
